Played three more sessions with the Vulture since last post, broke even in a session last night and played two winning sessions today of $9 and $41 respectively. I am still spewing money at times making fancy plays that simply are not necessary at the NL50 level and I need to cut that out. Cost me $10 again today, these are only small amounts but they all add up.
Although this is once again a lack of discipline on my part and not anything to do with the system. But the number of e-mails are growing for me to do the six max system. I have yet to finalise a name for that and intended to call it the Jackal but I also like the name “Scalp Hunter” as well so will just have to wait and see with that one.
It seems all I ever talk about these days are these god damned systems of mine, they are in danger of taking over my life as well as this blog. But to say that I am immensely proud of what I have done with The Vulture would be an understatement, apart from the stupidity last month when I lost the $93 then the system has performed exactly as I expected with regards controlling variance.
Unfortunately the Jackal/Scalp Hunter cannot meet these criteria as they are for six max NLHE games and you cannot play tight at that form of poker so there has to be increased variance.
Even my missus is aware of the terms “Vulture” and “Jackal” in a poker sense because I am always talking about them. But to take these systems to the masses may mean doing some kind of a deal with a designated poker site so the effect can be more substantial. I certainly need help to promote this of that there is no doubt and this may mean that people who desire access including all of the people who have contacted me would have to go through a different channel to get it.
Anyway its early days yet but what this will mean is that I dont expect to start production of the Vulture for a while yet as I still dont have that many people lined up to go solo anyway.
