Had a eureka moment last night and thought of the perfect name for my system……and I do mean PERFECT. In fact I am not going to reveal it in case it gets nicked. Didnt play at all last night but it was my birthday so can you blame me. Despite me going out with the missus, it didnt stop me from thinking about my challenge.
I am not sure if “challenge” is the operative word now because it would appear to be working. Hell…….I was making money with this thing when it was only 10% done and a crock of horse dung. $2100 since December 1st over about 60k hands is pretty conclusive and with no more than a 3 buy-in downswing at its worst to boot. My original plan was to simply design a break even system that allowed a player to recycle money on the tables and then make their money from rakeback.
My $1000 a month challenge was along these lines. But there is no way that this thing is losing money so playing 40 hours a week using it will get you $1000 a month just in rakeback at NL50 getting the 33% rakeback deal on Cake Poker.
As I have improved the system, it has started to show profits on the tables as well. I dont think that this is variance either, I have seen enough gambling systems over the years to tell the difference. Besides there is a world of difference between using a “system” and then taking on professional bookmakers and using this “system” and taking on novice poker players which many at NL50 are.
So it may be misnamed now as I really dont think that its a challenge anymore but I will play until the end of next month and then we will know for certain (but I basically know now). Now when the time comes I intend to sell this system and so I have been thinking long and hard about pricing structure, back up services and other stuff.
I havent decided on a price yet but it wont be high as this is not my style. But I have decided to have a “help desk” and “advice line” both on this website and through my personal e-mail address direct. This is so people who purchase the system can have access to me 24 hours a day for help with questions and other stuff. Also, I will continue to play the system myself so players can feel that I am actually “there with them” so to speak and not some author who has written something who may never have played those games in their life.
I intend to have a consultation program where we can bounce ideas off each other and improve each others bottom line. But I also want to offer something that nearly all other pro’s dont and that is personal one to one back up…….this alone will be worth the price. I figure that I can get the system down in around 25-30 individual e-mailed lessons that I intend to space 24 hours apart to give the person time to absorb what I have said and ask any questions about it.
This will take some time but I am going to wait until I have about at least 10 people lined up to buy-it before I commence work. Anyway…..enjoy thre rest of your weekend.
