It will soon be time to concentrate on other issues with regarding my systems, played another good session with The Vulture today and won $44. I am really starting to home in on the finalised system now. It seems that the hourly rate has risen over the past week, I realise that this is over a ridiculously small sample size but it just feels like it is working better.
I am also using some simple game selection processes as well that are not tracking software dependent. Obviously I am not using my Poker Office software in these games and to be honest at NL50, I simply do not need it in order to earn money. There is more than enough value at NL50 not to need a sniffer.
Even though the system has improved a lot over the past seven days alone, it has still been my indiscipline that has been the biggest problem. I still haven’t replicated the $1000+ that I made in December but that was my first month and I was really fresh then.
I had a longish spell where I was breaking even but that all ended in April when the vulture really took off. I am still convinced that a player using this full time could make $4000+ a month. At $25/hour then this equates to $1000 a week. Playing 6-8 tables and keeping discipline is the key. Could I make $1000 a week……probably not! I am convinced that my own mindset would harm the earn rate and $20/hour is probably the maximum that I could do with this but the past week has certainly been very encouraging.
