I dont really know what will be happening with regards divulging the mechanics of The Vulture in my proposed blog on Cake Poker, it now looks as though this may not be happening the way that I had thought originally.
So I am still a little up in the air at the moment, I know that we are into June and I did promise to have this un and running by now but I genuinely dont know the best way to proceed at this time so the bottom line is that these will have to wait and certainly until the WSOP is finished.
But speaking of The Vulture, I made a fantastic breakthrough yesterday that highlighted a big leak that I had with the system, not going to say what it is obviously but it has definitely improved the system. In fact I would go as far as to say that there have been several improvements this month.
Just goes to show that it was maybe a good thing that I didnt start to put this down into print after all when I had planned. Played two sessions since last entry and won $20 yesterday and another $73 this morning. With $100 in rakeback kicking in from last month then I have wiped off the silly session that I had on the 1st June where I basically tossed away $118.
Played two sessions at HUNL last night and did well, won $75 and another $291 before I left the table with my opponents wondering what had hit them. Players really do struggle with these hit and run tactics. This is akin to tournament players who dont have fast styles and struggle to combat players with fast gambling type styles in fast structured events, a real nightmare for those who sit down wanting to “play poker” the way that it “should be played”.
All in all, 2009 is shaping up to be a good year playing wise and that is welcome relief after the bad 2008. Anyway, take care and see you soon.
