I have been away for a couple of days or so which was something that I really didn’t want to do at this moment in time simply becasue I have loads of work that needs doing that cannot wait but unfortunately it could not be avoided. But I have been making preparations for my Bankroll challenge on Pokerheaven by playing a little PLO at the low levels and Jesus…..those players are bad.
I had one player call me a fool and another player call me an idiot and you should have seen how bad these guys were. Even if I had played the hands in question badly then why does that make me an idiot. I once knew a guy who owned or part owned eight companies and was worth more millions than there are words in this post in all probability. I was deaing poker to him once upon a time when he made a weak call and ended up winning a huge pot. The loser just tore into him calling him all the idiots under the sun.
Here was a guy who could have bought and sold him who was merely playing for kicks and being called an idiot……can you believe these people. What they fail to realise is that many players actually play this game for fun and dont give a damn about pot odds, implied odds, position and all the rest of it. They are simply out to have fun and we should embrace them like parents embrace their children.
But anyway…..back to the PLO. I reckon that I could do well in these low stakes six max games and boy…..is the play in those poor from what I have seen so far. But I will be doing a brand new bankroll challenge which is scheduled to start soon on Pokerheaven and PLO should play a big part in that.
