Well I have been doing some late preparations with regards my experiment on Cake Poker with my strategy for beating lowstakes poker without much of a bankroll. The amazing thing is that something has just occured to me that will not only dramatically improve my strategy but that it had never occured to me before in all my years of studying and playing poker.
Its so simple when you think about it and I am amazed that I havent thought about it before. I wont fill you in on what I am talking about (you know the reason and if not, read the previous posts). I am quietly confident of it working now although you can never be sure with these things and I may still end up with egg on my face even now.
Would also like to say well done to Neil Channing on his good result in the WSOPE….he is having a good year and about time too……I guess we can no longer call him “bad beat”.
On another note, I have been secretly staking some players over the past few months and this is something that I have been planning to get into for some time and things have been going well and I have been very pleased with this. In fact it may even put me off playing poker full stop.
But staking and tournament poker are definitely the way forward for me now and this low stakes cash game thing is really only a side issue but at least it keeps things interesting.
