What do losers do……..well they lose for a start. But real losers do worse things than lose, they lose badly. Last night I lost 17k playing the 25-50 game and I actually tilted. In fact I tilted badly and lost 3k more than what I should have done and smashed my laptop to boot.
It was shameful behaviour and especially when you consider I have people depending on me. I dont know if this just underlines how much I care or if I have problems with my state of mind. But this is the second time that I have done this now in a few months. So I am taking a break for a few days and should be getting back to it around the end of the week although I will still be posting here.
Luckily I didnt tilt 17k away. I took some terrible beats last night and with a few personal issues in my life that need sorting, I really shouldnt have played. Actually at the same time I must also give myself a pat on the back. I managed to drag myself away from the game without doing too much damage. I made an insta call with pocket queens knowing they were beat that cost me 3k when I would have normally mucked the hand.
But I have been thinking about this today and I think that all this downtime inbetween 25-50 sessions is starting to affect my mindset and I am trying to force things to happen when I do play. I was going to play some HU NLHE after my session last night but that wouldnt have been a good idea either.
More and more players seem to be finding online poker tougher these days, I am not surprised when there are so many people using tracking software, one of these days you may start taking my advice and get yourself over to Cake Poker…..dont say that I didnt tell you so.
